CS Ranjeet Pandey is a distinguished Governance professional with over two decades of extensive experience in Corporate Governance, Corporate Restructuring, Compliance Management, Due Diligence and Insolvency & Bankruptcy. He is renowned for his impactful work in ESG advisory, where his strategic insights and forward-thinking approach have positioned him as a leading voice in the field.
His leadership was prominently reflected during his tenure as President of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) in 2019, where he played a significant role in strengthening corporate governance practices. Over the years, he has made notable contributions to India’s regulatory landscape.
He has served as an ex-officio member of SEBI’s Primary Market Advisory Committee, and as a member of the Government of India’s High-Level Committee on CSR, the Insolvency Law Committee and the MCA's working group on the BRSR framework.
Currently, Mr. Pandey chairs the ESG & Sustainability Board of ICSI, serves on the Disciplinary Committee of ICSI-IIP and is a Board Member of the ICSI Institute of Social Auditors. He is also a prominent speaker and trainer on corporate governance and related topics for various organizations, including leading corporates and PSEs like Powergrid, Rites, IPRCL, SCOPE, DPE – GoI.

CS Amit Kaushal is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), a Law Graduate, and a registered Insolvency Professional. He brings over two decades of rich experience in Corporate Law Advisory, Restructuring, Insolvency, Intellectual Property Laws, Due Diligence and Secretarial Audits.
Known for his strong management and negotiation skills, Mr. Kaushal enables RPA to effectively manage relationships with Joint Venture Partners, as well as Government and Regulatory authorities. He has successfully advised on and executed numerous complex legal and commercial transactions, while representing corporates before a range of regulatory and Judicial bodies.
He currently serves as member of Auditing Standards Board of ICSI & member of Membership Committee of ICSI IIP and has previously held positions as member of various Committees of NIRC of ICSI, as member of the Editorial Advisory Board of ICSI, member of Corporate Law Task Force of ICSI. He has reviewed the book “Voluntary Liquidation – A Hand Book” published by ICSI IIP.

CS Alok Tripathi is a seasoned professional with over 14 years of experience in corporate law, governance, and capital markets. He leads the Capital Market and Transaction Advisory practice at RPA, where he advises on complex business transactions, regulatory strategies, and corporate structuring.
His expertise spans mergers and acquisitions, business consolidations, demergers, and the design and execution of Schemes of Arrangement. He has played a pivotal role in enabling corporate restructuring and unlocking value for stakeholders through legally sound and strategically planned initiatives.
Mr. Tripathi has advised clients on various capital-raising instruments including IPOs, rights issues, and other market offerings.
He is also well-versed in entity formation, joint ventures, and foreign collaborations, helping both Indian and international businesses establish and expand operations in India. He also makes appearance before NCLT and NCLAT Tribunal in all corporate law matters.

Mr. Nishant Chauhan, a commerce and law graduate with over a decade of experience as a Company Secretary. He leads the Audit, Due Diligence, and Corporate Secretarial Services at RPA. He specializes in Corporate Law Advisory, Secretarial Audits, and securing regulatory approvals from RBI, ROC, RD, and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
He has conducted due diligence across diverse entities including corporates, LLPs, NBFCs, schools, factories, and sports complexes—for compliance reviews and business acquisitions. His audit experience spans listed companies, unlisted public entities, and multinational corporations.
Mr. Chauhan has deep expertise in managing compliance under the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, FEMA, LLP Act, and labour laws, ensuring robust governance and regulatory alignment for clients.
